BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series Breath + Flow

Breath & Flow is a special edition of our BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series that spans four weekly 90 minute classes.

This series is designed for women that have had a baby in the last four to twelve weeks. This class will meet on Tuesdays from 10:30 am-12 pm 3/5 through 3/26.

We'll start with breath work and evolve into full body functional motor patterns. You will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective movements that transfer to any activity in your daily life. Come ready to move and connect with your breath and body again. Non-mobile babies are welcome. This course can serve as its own BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series or is a great starting point for the traditional BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series

This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and Partner.
We'll cover all you need to know with birth education and preparation. You will explore labor and delivery choices as you explore your desires for birth. You and your partner will role play various labor and delivery scenarios, learn movement and comfort techniques that work for you as a pair, and integrate your favorite relaxation tools into your pregnancy training. You will also create an immediate Postpartum Plan.
This class is simple, efficient, and to the point. This class is definitely for the modern woman (and partner) that does not have time to mess around.

BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series

Now that you've brought a baby into the world, it's time to rehab your body, mind, and soul.  In this eight-session group training series, you will:

  • honor your postpartum body,
  • establish a solid core foundation,
  • wake up your posterior chain,
  • and enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks. 

Come prepared to move, sweat, and connect with other new moms. 

This 4 week series will be held on Mondays and Thursdays the first two weeks at 1:30 pm and Monday/Friday the last two weeks at 1:30 pm!

  • You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.
  • You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work.
  • You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan. 
  • This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and Partner. 

This series takes place on Tuesday evenings at 6-9 pm at Free Spirit Chiropractic
